Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Cairo, Egypt. As a Barista, you will prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage offerings, maintain a clean and inviting workspace, and ensure exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include taking orders, crafting beverages to customer specifications, engaging in friendly interactions with customers, and adhering to food preparation and cleanliness standards. Collaboration with team members
to provide an outstanding experience is a vital part of this role.
Qualifications
- Barista experience and knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly approach to customer interaction
- Strong communication and customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Basic skills in food preparation and adherence to health and safety standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Fluent in Arabic and English
