We are looking for a highly motivated Medical Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other stakeholders, and achieving sales targets in an ethical and compliant manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products to healthcare professionals (HCPs
- ) in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular visits to HCPs to provide product information, scientific updates, and patient benefits.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to the company.
- Organize and participate in medical
- events, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Ensure timely reporting of daily visits, sales performance, and market insights.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical guidelines, and industry compliance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Medical Representative is a plus but not required (Fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
