Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid position located in 6th of October for a Technical Sales Specialist. The
Technical Sales Specialist will focus on driving sales by building strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions. Responsibilities include providing reliable technical support to clients, demonstrating detailed product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional communication and service.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Technical Sales to effectively build and close opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Chemistry
- , or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience from 2 to 4 years in similar role.
- Strong abilities in Communication and Customer Service to maintain excellent client relationships and address customer inquiries.
- Technical Support capabilities to guide clients in the application and troubleshooting of products or services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Experience in the chemical or coating industry is a plus.
