Respond to customer inquiries and provide a satisfactory response and information.

Respond to customer complaints in a courteous manner and refer appropriately.

Record call information and logs so that accurate contact history is maintained for all customers.

Follow-up required actions and ensure they are completed in line with established guidelines.

Promptly report any issues requiring attention from direct supervisors.
