We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented content creator to drive growth across our portfolio of healthcare-focused entities: Hands of Hope (HOH), GoBill, and WellCart. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities, strong analytical skills, and a passion for leveraging innovative marketing techniques, including AI and automation

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Prepare monthly social media calendars (including FamBam employer branding) with briefs, references, and stories for all brands (Gobill, Wellcart, Hands of Hope

• ).
• Daily social media posting across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Develop creative social media ideas (e.g., reels, testimonials, patient success stories).
• Social media and online presence comp analysis

Content Development

• Create content for email/SMS campaigns, newsletters (Newsflash), flyers, brochures, and rollups (printings).
• Draft provider bios, certificates, and reviews for lead sources
• Assist in GMB and website content enhancement

Design Coordination

• Prepare the designer task sheet with clear briefs (e.g., "Design a flyer for IV Therapy launch").
• Collaborate with designers to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines

Community Engagement

• Respond to Google reviews daily
• Assist with QR code and form creation for events or promotions.
• Work with sales, operations, and clinical teams to align marketing with business goals.

Online listings

• List new locations and providers on all platforms (Google My Business, ZocDoc, etc.).
• Update clinic schedules and provider availability on platforms.
• Assist in New locations and services market research

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation.
• Ability to prepare structured content calendars and briefs.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Healthcare marketing experience preferred
