- Promote the payment / collection solutions as deemed suitable to the clients’ business model.
- Approach new customers through existing

leads, referrals, cold calling etc. and maximizing lead generation.
- Achieves assigned monthly target.
- Expand the trade business with borrowing / non-borrowing clients.
- Offering comprehensive cash management solutions to clients including collections / payment solutions.
- Promote the online banking whenever / wherever applicable.
- Proactively drive

new-to-bank business to grow Business Banking presence in the identified target segments in order to achieve the target in Liabilities portfolios to cater for the planned growth.
- Ensure satisfactory account conduct of BB accounts, early rectification of various related issues, in addition to revenues generation.
