PMO Senior Analyst, Supply Chain
Location: On-site in Abu Dhabi
Join our client's Group Supply Chain Management (GSCM) PMO to drive organization and execution across major programs like Facilities, Logistics, Procurement, Export Control, and Security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Central Coordination: Serve as the central hub for 35+ entities, maintaining the master project tracker, tracking progress/budgets/KPIs, and proactively flagging risks.
- Executive Reporting: Transform complex project data into clear, compelling PowerPoint presentations and dashboards for senior management and the Board.
- PMO Governance: Standardize reporting, maintain documentation, and support tool implementation (e.g., MS Project) to ensure consistency.
- Cross-Functional
- Collaboration: Act as the link between project teams and leadership, facilitating reviews and translating operational details into strategic insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5+ years in project management/PMO, ideally within a large corporation or manufacturing.
- Expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Power BI.
- Proven ability to create executive-level presentations.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
