Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for a Director of Talent Acquisition based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for remote work. In this role, you will lead and manage all talent acquisition efforts, from full-lifecycle recruiting to workforce strategy development. You will drive employer branding initiatives, align talent acquisition with the company’s goals, and ensure a globally competitive recruitment process. Collaborating with leadership teams, you will play a key role in identifying and securing top talent to support ASTUDIO’s growth and innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Global Talent Acquisition
- Expertise in Workforce Planning and talent management strategies
- Strong abilities in Hiring processes and Employer Branding to attract top talent
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with the luxury, marketing, or creative industries is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and technologies
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on recruitment execution
