Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Qesm El Maadi. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for contacting
potential or existing customers, promoting products and services, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, managing inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, and identifying customer needs to achieve sales targets. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with the sales and customer support teams to build relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
Background in customer service and customer support is a plus, with the ability to resolve issues and address inquiries efficiently.
