Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in 6th of October city for a Technical Office position. The Technical Office professional will be responsible for managing project documentation, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring that all technical aspects of the projects are adequately addressed. The role involves preparing reports, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and offering technical support to the design team.

Qualifications 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university

.

Experience:

3–5 years of relevant experience in a technical office or project engineering role.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in AutoCAD and other design/drafting software 

Strong knowledge of project documentation, technical drawings, and shop drawing preparation and review.

Familiarity with quantity surveying and cost estimation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Knowledge:

Solid understanding of engineering standards, codes.

Knowledge of contract administration and tendering processes.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
