Role Description:
Frontend Developer
• Design and develop modern, scalable single-page applications dashboards.
• Own the frontend application architecture, including component structure, state management, routing, performance tuning, and security best practices.
• Integrate with backend services using REST APIs (and future GraphQL endpoints).
• Implement interactive dashboards, resource visualizations, and admin experiences.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Stay up-to-date with modern frontend technologies, patterns, and tooling.UI/UX & Product Design:
• Lead end-to-end product design:
• User interviews
• Requirements gathering
• Personas & user journey maps
• Wireframes
• High-fidelity UI designs
• Interactive prototypes
• Design intuitive workflows
• Create and maintain a unified design system / component library for repeatable UI patterns.
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG), scalability, and responsive design across all modules.
• Validate design concepts using usability tests, interviews, and analytics.
• Collaborate closely with product, backend, and DevOps teams to ensure excellent implementation.
Qualifications:
Frontend
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Design, or related field.
• 3+ years professional experience building frontend applications.
• Strong expertise in:
• React.js (preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of:
• HTML5, CSS3, ES6+
• Responsive and modular UI architecture
• Experience with state management such as:
• Redux
• Zustand
• Context API
• Strong with modern tooling:
• Webpack, Vite, Babel, ESLint, Prettier
• Experience integrating with REST APIs (Axios, Fetch, SWR, React Query).Design (UX/UI)
• 3+ years in UI/UX design, ideally in dashboards, SaaS, enterprise, or DevOps tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating:
• Enterprise UX
• Data-dense dashboards
• Complex user flows
• Highly proficient in:
• Figma (preferred)
• Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent
• Deep understanding of:
• UX principles
• Design systems
• Information architecture
• Accessibility standards
• Interaction design
