Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced District Manager to oversee operations and drive performance in Giza. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves managing and leading sales teams, developing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and achieving business targets. The District Manager will also be responsible for building relationships with clients, coaching team members, conducting market analysis.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills
- Sales and business development experience, with a focus on achieving targets
- Strategic analysis and decision-making abilities, including market trend evaluation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Vet. or science
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer application
