Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets to drive company growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals to potential customers.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business development strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Track and report on business development activities, sales metrics, and pipeline progress.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s offerings.
- Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve products, services, and business processes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work full-time in an office-based setting.
