We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Real Estate Executive to support our growth, this role requires excellent communication skills, sales mindset, and the ability to understand client needs within the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and financial requirements over the phone.

• Maintain an extensive and accurate database of available properties for sale.

• Develop tailored strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to buy.

• Negotiate effectively with clients to close deals and maximize sales opportunities.

• Maintain regular communication and reporting with managers.

• Call, qualify, and connect with leads and potential prospects to generate business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (any major is acceptable).

• Strong English proficiency (B2 level or above).

• Excellent communication skills, especially on calls.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
