Digital Strategy & Execution

• Develop, implement, and optimize high-performance digital advertising campaigns across: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, X, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads

• Apply data-driven strategies to maximize ROI, lead generation, and customer acquisition

• Conduct continuous A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies

Campaign Management

• Full management of online campaigns: keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy, bidding, budgeting, and A/B testing

Platform Expertise

• Stay updated with platform best practices and new features to maximize campaign performance

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Track KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions, and traffic

• Build detailed dashboards via Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau

• Identify optimization opportunities through data insights

Budget Management

• Plan and manage budgets efficiently to achieve business targets

• Adjust spend in real-time based on performance

Strategy & Innovation

• Develop cutting-edge performance strategies aligned with business goals

• Stay ahead of trends, algorithms, and emerging tech

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with creative teams on ad creatives and landing pages

• Align digital strategies with overall business goals

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field

• Minimum 5 years in performance marketing

• Excellent level in English spoken&written

• Fintech/forex industry experience preferred

• Strong track record in customer acquisition & revenue growth

• Expert in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, X, Snapchat, TikTok Ads

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Proficiency in Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau
