As we expand into the Gulf Cooperation Council region, we are looking for a driven, proactive, and communicative Sales Development Representative to join our growing international team. This is your chance to work in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment where innovation, ownership, and collaboration come together every day.
The Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to help grow Synmatch AI’s presence in the GCC region. You will engage potential clients across multiple industries, introducing our AI recruitment solutions and connecting them with our regional Account Executives. In this position, you will be at the forefront of driving Synmatch AI’s mission to simplify hiring and enable borderless work.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first contact for potential clients across the GCC region
Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and social channels to build relationships
Identify client needs, challenges, and opportunities for AI recruitment solutions
Generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule virtual meetings for our business team
Track outreach activities and maintain a clean, structured pipeline in the CRM
Meet and exceed activity and conversion targets through consistent performance
What We Are Looking For
Native‑level Arabic (ideally العربية الخليجية) and English proficiency
Minimum one year of experience in remote B2B Sales Development or Business Development
Demonstrated success in outbound sales with a focus on lead generation and qualification
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
A self‑starter who thrives in fast‑moving, international, remote‑first environments
Goal‑driven, resilient, and comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a distributed team
Must be based in Egypt
Desirable Experience
Familiarity with recruitment technology, SaaS sales, or AI products is an advantage
Understanding of the GCC business landscape and cross‑cultural communication
