We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Project Manager for a Full-time, Remote position.
The ideal candidate can lead projects end-to-end while also contributing to content and copy when needed. This role blends project ownership, marketing coordination, and hands-on writing, making it perfect for someone who understands both the strategy and the execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage marketing projects from brief to delivery.
- Coordinate between creative, paid media, strategy, and production teams.
- Build timelines, define deliverables, and ensure everything ships on schedule.
- Maintain clear communication with clients/stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Track project performance, identify risks, and proactively solve problems.
- Marketing & Execution
- Support in planning campaigns, content calendars, and go-to-market activities.
- Ensure all deliverables are aligned with brand guidelines and overall marketing objectives.
- Work with designers, media buyers, and content creators to keep everything aligned.
- Copywriting & Content
- Write and edit short-form content (captions, scripts, ad copy, headlines, landing page copy).
- Review and refine content from the creative team for clarity, tone, and accuracy.
- Translate briefs into messaging that is clear, simple, and aligned with the audience.
Requirements :
- +4 years experience in marketing, project management, or content roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Comfortable writing in different tones and styles.
- Strong communication skills and client-facing experience is a plus.
- Understanding of social media, digital marketing basics, and creative workflows.
