Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Odoo ERP to support data-driven decision-making, optimize business processes, and ensure high-quality data management within the organization
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data extraction, analysis, reporting, and improving workflows within Odoo
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, or similar).
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, advanced functions, etc.).
- Ability to interpret complex datasets into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, KPIs, and reporting best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience (minimum 1–2 years) working with Odoo ERP—reporting, data
- extraction, modules interaction, and workflow understanding.
- Knowledge of key Odoo modules such as Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, HR, or CRM (depending on client setup).
- Ability to configure reports, filters, views, and dashboards within Odoo.
- Experience working with Odoo database structures and APIs (preferred but not mandatory).
Nice to Have
- Experience with Python for data automation or Odoo customizations.
- Familiarity with ETL tools or data pipelines.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, retail, logistics, or distribution environment.
