We're currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Engineer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs aligned with local and international standards.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, and recommend preventive actions.
- Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and drive corrective measures.
- Enforce proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across the workforce.
- Conduct safety training sessions and promote continuous HSE awareness.
- Lead emergency preparedness drills and ensure readiness protocols are in place.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including permits, reports, and inspection records.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate HSE best practices into daily operations.
- Foster a culture of safety across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related Science field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within the construction or contracting industry.
- Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian and international HSE regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong team player with leadership qualities and a proactive mindset.
- High attention to detail and a problem-solving approach to safety challenges.
