Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our specialized industrial maintenance and repair services — including hot tapping, flange management, re-tubing, and cold cutting — while providing strong technical and commercial support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial sectors.
- Conduct technical presentations and meetings to promote company services and solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, tenders, and technical proposals in coordination with the engineering team.
- Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure accurate scope definition and successful project execution.
- and strengthen relationships with existing clients and key industry contacts.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance updates.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial services sales, preferably in hot tapping, flange management, re-tubing, or cold cutting operations.
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of pipeline repair and maintenance techniques.
- Familiarity with flange integrity management and cold cutting applications.
- Basic knowledge of re-tubing and turnaround maintenance processes.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
