Job Description

• Develop detailed architectural designs and technical drawings in compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers, to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure adherence to design specifications, and resolve on-site issues.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including specifications, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Utilize advanced design software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp) to create accurate models and visualizations.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project objectives, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure all architectural solutions meet local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability guidelines.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents, cost estimates, and material selection.
• Participate in project meetings, providing technical input and updates on design progress.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in architectural engineering or design roles.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
