Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Giza for a Hotel Contract Loading Executive. The role involves managing and uploading hotel contracts to relevant systems, inputting accurate rates, and ensuring consistency for smooth operations. The candidate will work closely with the sales and operations teams, monitor industry trends, and

maintain relationships with hotel partners. Other responsibilities include resolving discrepancies, supporting negotiations, and ensuring timely contract renewals.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Hospitality skills to maintain relationships with hotel partners and coordinate efficiently with teams.

Competency in Budgeting and Sales to analyze pricing structures and support contract negotiations.

Team Management

capability to collaborate with multiple departments and ensure operational effectiveness.

Attention to detail, strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential.

Proficiency in relevant software platforms and tools is a plus.

Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is an advantage.
