● Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

● Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.

● Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

● Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain financial integrity

● Coordinate and manage audits, liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.

● Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

● Analyze financial data and trends, providing actionable insights to senior management.

● Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements.

● Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and support cross-functional initiatives.
