Job Description

• Performed quantity surveying for variance items , ensuring accurate data for cost estimation and scheduling .
• Develop a realistic project schedule using tools like Primavera and MS Project.
• Coordinated with project teams and make  site visit to gather progress data for schedule updates and identify potential delays .
• Plan and monitor the project budget, tracking progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Gather periodic updates  for  time and cost to prepare project progress  reports including progress layouts ,charts , histograms ,,,,,)
• Generate variance reports (Schedule Variance and Cost Variance, typically using the Earned Value Method) at different project stages to analyze deviations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management / Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering
• +4 years’ experience prefer real-estate sector
• Highly Communication & Presentation Skill - Attention to detail - Team Working Abilities - Eager to Learn- reporting skills
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, EOT (Extension of Time) claims, and delay analysis.
• Computer Skills : Proficiency in Primavera P6 - Excel – AutoCAD
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
