Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Advisor at KHL Real Estate Co., located in New Cairo. The Property Advisor will be responsible for identifying client needs, providing tailored real estate solutions, and assisting in property sales and investments. Daily responsibilities include managing property listings, facilitating property viewings, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and providing knowledge-based advice to clients to ensure a seamless property purchasing or renting experience. Additionally, the Property Advisor will collaborate with a diverse team to meet sales goals and fulfill client expectations.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and effectively engage with clients
Knowledge of Property Management and Investments to provide informed advice and facilitate successful transactions
Basic understanding of Finance to guide clients in financial decision-making and supporting property-related deals
Proactive attitude, negotiation skills, and team collaboration capabilities
Previous experience in the real estate sector is a plus, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
