Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance for production lines and utilities equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Monitor machine performance, analyze root causes of failures, and propose improvement actions.
• Participate in shutdown maintenance planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, documentation, and spare parts records.
• Support continuous improvement projects and machine upgrades.
• Coordinate with production, electrical, and automation teams for smooth operations.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance (preferably in FMCG industry)
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency breakdowns.
