Job Description
- Receive and document weekly export orders from the logistics department, ensuring all conditions and requirements are met.
- Coordinate with internal departments: Communicate with production, warehousing, purchasing, and the agricultural sector to develop the necessary operational plan that guarantees the availability of required products and their timely preparation for shipment.
- Monitor the production process and refrigeration facilities to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and all standard procedures are followed.
- Continuously monitor inventory levels to ensure the availability of all production supplies necessary for timely order fulfillment and coordinate with the warehouse and purchasing departments to guarantee their availability.
- Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on export operations and weekly plans, assessing their timely achievement and explaining any shortcomings.
- Follow up on periodic reports related to the agricultural sector, including pest control and prevention measures, and record and archive the data in designated locations.
- Regularly follow up on the reports required from all departments related to operations and ensure that they are always documented on the company's server engine.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, delays, or quality issues.
Job Requirements
- have experience in agriculture field .
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or logistics roles, preferably within the agriculture or food export industry.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end supply chain processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
- Solid understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
