Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Cairo for a Human Resources Recruiter. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with department managers to understand hiring needs, building a pipeline of talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The recruiter will also assist in maintaining compliance with employment regulations and contribute to overall HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and recruitment strategies
- Strong communication, interview, and negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and adapt recruitment strategies to meet specific needs
- Solid organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is a plus
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR role preferred
