Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with hosts through calls, texts, and emails
• Warm up leads, build trust, and establish strong rapport
• Identify qualified hosts and match them with verified guests
• Manage the full communication cycle from first contact to placement
• Handle follow-ups and ensure smooth progression through each stage
• Maintain accurate communication logs and status updates
• Support the team by ensuring timely and effective outreach

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable making and receiving calls frequently
• Strong relationship-building skills and a friendly, professional tone
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups efficiently
• Organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in customer service, sales, outreach, or hospitality is a plus

Nice-to-Have

• Prior experience in outreach or client communication roles
• Familiarity with CRM tools or communication platforms
• Experience in short-term rentals or real estate (not required)
