Role Description

We are looking for motivated and dynamic Fresh Agents to join our team in a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by understanding their needs and providing options that

match their preferences. Daily tasks include client interactions, property showings, maintaining property listings, and coordinating with team members to deliver exemplary service. Agents will also stay updated on market trends to assist clients effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to better interact with clients and close deals
• Ability to conduct property market research and analyze potential customer requirements
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing time effectively to meet targets and deadlines
• Knowledge of the real estate market and related legal regulations is an advantage
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including using online property listing platforms
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred
• High school diploma or higher; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus
