Job Description

• Maintenance Engineers for the Syringe Factory (mechatronics + electronics/communication) The ideal candidates will ensure the reliability, maintenance, and smooth operation of all machinery within the factory, mainly plastic injection machines, under PLC control.
• Maintenance Engineers for the Orthopedic Factory (mechatronics + electronics/communication) The ideal candidates will ensure the reliability, maintenance, and smooth operation of all machinery within the factory, mainly CNC machines under PLC control

Key

Responsibilities:-

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Troubleshoot CNC machines and related equipment (for candidates of the orthopedic plant).
• Troubleshoot plastic injection machines and related equipment ( for candidates of the syringe plant).
• Handle Siemens, Fanuc, and Allen-Bradley PLC control modules.
• Minimize downtime by coordinating with production teams.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and medical industrial standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and efficiency

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electronics & Communication Engineering.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in industrial or medical equipment maintenance.
• Proficient with CNC machines, plastic injection machines, and PLC control modules (Siemens, Fanuc, Allen-Bradley).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Male candidates only, age not exceeding 30 years.
• Ability to work alone effectively and in a team.
• Advanced English level.
• Microsoft tools proficiency
