Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative BIM/Design Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in (BIM) and architectural design, contributing to the development of innovative and high-quality projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that design intent is effectively translated into coordinated BIM models while adhering to project requirements and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural presentations, sketches
- , 3D models, and visualizations
- Develop architectural designs and concepts from initial sketches to detailed construction documentation.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, workflows, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with structural, MEP, and other engineering teams to integrate design solutions.
- Perform clash detection and model coordination to identify and resolve design conflicts.
- Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentations.
- Participate in design reviews and client presentations to communicate

- Contribute to design competitions, client presentations, and conceptual development.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture (Bachelor's or Master's).
- 4+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably in hospitality or commercial projects.
- Strong conceptual and creative design skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software.
- Experience in architectural visualization and rendering.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
