Job Description

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across all storage locations.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical and system inventories.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and

sales teams to ensure optimal stock levels.
Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices.
Prepare detailed inventory reports for management review.
Investigate and resolve inventory variances in a timely manner.
Support audits by providing necessary inventory documentation and explanations.
Oversee the organization and labeling of inventory items for efficient retrieval.
Utilize inventory management software to track

and update stock movements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or a related field.
3 to 8 years of proven experience in inventory control or stock management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office applications.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
Experience in fast-paced environments with fluctuating inventory demands.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with audit processes and inventory reconciliation.
