Job Description

•  Provide guidance to customers on insurance products.
•  Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
•  Achieve/ exceed monthly targets.
•  Draw up a weekly report about your activities and participate in the sales team 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
•  At least 2 years of proven experience in Bancassurance for the Insurance Advisor position.
•  1 year of proven experience in the sales field (insurance industry is preferred) for the Insurance Planner position & fresh graduates are welcome.
• Enthusiastic and target-oriented with positive attitude and passion for sales.
•  Strong negotiation and communication skills.
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•  A proactive mindset and flexibility to work across multiple branches.
