Experience: 4–7 years or more

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Design Architect to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in architectural design, with a proven track record of delivering creative and functional designs across various project types. You will be responsible for developing design concepts, producing architectural drawings, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop original architectural concepts based on client requirements, site conditions, and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, 3D models, presentations, and visualizations using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to refine and deliver high-quality designs.
• Conduct site assessments, zoning and code research, and feasibility studies.
• Participate in design reviews and presentations to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Oversee production of design documentation and ensure design integrity through all project phases.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design staff.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian building codes, local regulations, and industry standards.

Job Requirements

• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design; experience beyond 10 years is a strong plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and creative problem-solving.
• Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, building materials, and construction methods in Egypt.
• Excellent design presentation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused mindset.
