About the Role

We are expanding our recruitment network and looking for passionate Freelance Recruiters to support hiring across multiple industries. You will manage end-to-end recruitment and earn commission for every successful placement.Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates using different channels (LinkedIn, referrals, job boards…etc.)

Screen and shortlist qualified profiles according to job requirements

Schedule interviews and coordinate with the hiring team

Maintain and update candidate databases

Ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience

Requirements

Previous experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)

Strong communication & sourcing skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Access to recruitment tools or strong network is a plus
