Job Description

  • Assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall sales target.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in revising and implementing the sales plans.
  • Lead, coach and motivate the performance of the sales team.
  • Oversee day-to-day operation of the sales team.
  • Stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry.
  • Participate in hiring sales team.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Real Estate is a must.
  • Experience with real estate developers is prefered.
  • Proven track of successful sales record
  • Professional Attitude & Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Good command of English & MS Office.
  • Alexandria resident is a must.
