Responsibilities

• Recording and posting daily journal entries including cash box transactions.
• Preparing and drafting invoices in coordination with internal departments.
• Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks.
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities

• Coordinating with internal departments to collect financial data and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assisting external auditors by providing needed documentation and reports.
• Maintaining organized records and ensuring adherence to accounting policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good Excel and MS Office proficiency
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (AP/AR, journal entries, closing cycles)
• Attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
