Job Description

Register new students and maintain accurate and updated student records.
Manage payments and issue receipts for all academy services.
Handle scheduling-related phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
Welcome parents

, students, and visitors, ensuring a positive front-desk experience.
Respond to inquiries, provide necessary information, and offer support when needed.
Coordinate daily operations and ensure all processes run smoothly.
Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to support training activities.Register new students and maintain accurate and updated student records.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
Female candidates only.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word & Excel).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
