Job Description

Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging video content for marketing, social media, and internal communications.
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and medical teams to conceptualize and execute video projects that align with GROOVY Medical Spa’s brand and mission.
Enhance video quality through color correction, sound editing, and the integration of graphics, animations, and effects.
Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual style.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.
Organize and archive video assets for easy retrieval and future use.
Stay updated on industry trends, editing techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously elevate content quality.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve video deliverables.
Assist in filming on-site events, interviews, and promotional shoots as needed.
Optimize video formats for various platforms, including web, social media, and in-clinic displays.

Job Requirements

1-2 years of proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in a fast-paced or creative environment.
Proficiency with industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and narrative structure.
Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to interpret briefs and incorporate feedback.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
Familiarity with social media video formats and requirements.
Creative mindset with a passion for aesthetics and wellness.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.
