Job Description

Provide comprehensive legal advice and support on all aspects of the company’s operations, including medical, spa, gym, and clinic services.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Advise management on regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to medical aesthetics, healthcare, and wellness services.
Represent the company in legal proceedings, dispute resolutions, and negotiations with external parties.
Conduct legal research to stay updated on changes in healthcare, employment, and commercial law affecting the business.
Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks and ensure best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and strategic projects from a legal perspective.
Handle matters related to intellectual property, privacy, and data protection for client and company information.
Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities as needed.
Provide training and guidance to staff on legal and compliance matters.
