We’re looking for a Backend Agentic AI software engineer to help design, build, and maintain
the systems that power our conversational AI agents. You’ll develop scalable APIs, orchestrate
microservices, build agentic workflows, manage knowledge retrieval infrastructure, and support
integrations that enable real-time AI decisions across workflows and channels.
What You'll Work On :
● Design and develop agentic AI architectures including autonomous agents, tool-using
agents, and multi-agent systems powering real-time customer interactions.
● Build and optimize LLM-driven reasoning pipelines enabling agents to plan, retrieve
knowledge, and perform end-to-end tasks autonomously.
● Configure and integrate agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain,, Google
ADK,
● Integrate with external systems using MCP (Model Context Protocol) a
● Develop modular tools, APIs, and action handlers that agents use to interact with
enterprise systems, workflows, and third-party services.
● Implement memory systems, context management, RAG pipelines, embeddings,
and vector stores (Weaviate/FAISS/Pinecone) to enhance agent intelligence.
● Build evaluation and monitoring pipelines to validate agent reliability, reasoning
behavior, and safety guardrails.
● Develop scalable backend services (Python/FastAPI) and distributed microservices
using RabbitMQ, gRPC, REST, and secure service discovery (Consul).
● Contribute to CI/CD, cloud-native deployments (AWS/GCP), and containerization
(Docker/Kubernetes).
● Integrate agents with internal microservices, CRMs, CCaaS platforms, cloud services,
and data pipelines.
● Conduct POCs, benchmark LLMs, and optimize runtime, cost efficiency, and latency for
production-grade real-time agents.
● Collaborate with product, AI, and engineering teams to
build high-impact agent-powered
solutions for enterprise clients.
● Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational guidelines for
deployed agent systems.
● Stay updated with the latest in LLMs, reasoning engines, agentic frameworks, and
cognitive architectures—and bring these innovations into Wittify’s platform.
What We’re Looking For:
● Strong Python engineering background; experience building backend or AI/ML
applications.
● Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, designing prompts, and implementing multi-step
reasoning flows.
● Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI ,Google ADK or similar agentic
frameworks.
● Understanding of LLMs, embeddings, RAG, vector databases (Weaviate, Pinecone,
FAISS, Chroma).
● Experience building REST/gRPC APIs, microservices, and scalable backend systems.
● Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
● Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins).
● Strong system-design, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to design autonomous systems with observability, safety controls, fallback
logic, and guardrails.
● Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment with rapid experimentation.
