Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care (English Speaker) representative, located in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves supporting customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring
customer satisfaction. The representative will handle communication with clients, address their concerns, and assist with troubleshooting processes. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and a focus on exceptional service will be expected in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use Analytical Skills to assess and resolve customer issues effectively
- Problem-solving aptitude and a focus on delivering positive customer experiences
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Experience in similar roles or customer service is a plus
