Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation
- Produce high-quality content (photos, videos, reels, stories) tailored to each platform.
- Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and daily posting.
- Write engaging captions aligned with brand tone and target audience.
- Support photo/video shoots and handle basic editing.
2. Social Media Management
- Manage daily posting across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Monitor comments, messages, tags, and customer interactions.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Track platform trends and apply them creatively.
3. Content Planning & Strategy
- Build monthly content calendars and ensure timely execution.
- Align content themes with marketing goals, seasons, and product availability.
- Conduct competitor research and trend analysis to enhance content quality.
- Propose creative ideas to increase reach, engagement, and retention.
4. Community Engagement
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via comments and DMs.
- Identify user-generated content and collaborate with micro-influencers when needed.
- Build a strong community around the brand.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, saves, conversions).
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and action recommendations.
- Adjust strategy based on data and platform performance.
6. Basic SEO & Discoverability
- Use keyword research to improve the visibility of captions and content.
- Optimise descriptions for better reach.
- Ensure consistency between website content and social media messaging.
