Role Description

We are seeking an English Teacher / Facilitator to deliver interactive, engaging English sessions in a dynamic café environment. Responsibilities include:

• Planning and organizing immersive English lessons

• Delivering engaging sessions focused on fluency and confidence

• Assessing learners and supporting their progress

• Contributing to a positive, inclusive community atmosphere

• Supporting events, activities, and social learning experiences

This role is ideal for early‑career professionals who are passionate about education, cultural exchange, and community-based learning. Employment is full-time on-site in Heliopolis, Cairo from 3 PM to 11 PM, with a salary of 15,000 EGP per month.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English teaching

• Strong understanding of education and language-learning principles

• Experience in lesson planning and creating learning materials

• Excellent teaching and communication skills

• Ability to build a supportive, interactive learning environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field (preferred)

• TESOL/TEFL or similar certification (an advantage)
