Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Agent, located on-site in Alexandria, Egypt. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing exceptional customer service, and offering expert advice on the real estate market. Day-to-day tasks may include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, staying informed about market trends, and maintaining strong client

relationships to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License and a thorough understanding of real estate principles and practices.
• Proven expertise in Real Estate, Sales, and Real Property transactions.
• Strong Customer Service and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets effectively.
• Familiarity with the real estate market in Alexandria, Egypt, is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using real estate software and tools is a plus.
