Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Secretary located in Hawally. The Administrative Secretary will be responsible for providing clerical support, managing schedules, coordinating administrative tasks, and maintaining effective communication. Daily tasks include organizing appointments, managing correspondence, supporting customer service interactions, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and manage meeting schedules with clients; maintain clear and timely communication.
- Follow up with clients to ensure updates, confirmations, and smooth coordination.
- Coordinate with designers and track progress on ongoing design tasks.
- Monitor and update our HR system (fully digital—no paperwork).
- Assist engineers and project teams through email communication and task coordination.
- Maintain a professional, confident, and client-facing presence at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administration, coordination, or executive assistance.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to speak confidently with clients.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in email management and digital systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, and other team members.
- Professional, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervis
