الملخص الوظيفي

Job Description

The Sales Promoter is responsible for driving in-store sales by engaging directly with customers, promoting the brand’s products, ensuring product visibility, cleanliness, and availability, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Approach and engage customers to promote and sell the brand’s products.
Maintain full knowledge of each product line and its components.
Ensure product displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Monitor product availability and report shortages promptly.
Achieve monthly sales targets to qualify for commission.
Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus
