Career Opportunity – Production Manager (Pharmaceutical Industry)
Our client, a national pharmaceutical manufacturing company, is undergoing an exciting transformation phase. We are currently seeking a highly capable and experienced Production Manager to support and lead this pivotal stage.
Role Overview:
The Production Manager will oversee all daily plant operations to meet market demands while ensuring strict adherence to industry guidelines and regulatory standards. The role involves optimizing safety, quality, planning, and productivity, with a focus on cost efficiency and resource management. This position reports directly to the Technical Director.
Key Requirements:
- Strong leadership capabilities to manage plant operations during a transformation/startup phase.
- 15–20 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a minimum of 5 years in a Production Manager role.
- Proven experience dealing with regulatory bodies, including US-FDA and EMA.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP systems.
