Key Responsibilities :

• Receive & review the project documents (specifications, drawings, BOQs)
• Participate in the preparation of the project’s Quality Documents (PQP, QMP’s and ITPs, WPS’s, PQR’s etc.) including the quality forms that will be used along the project period.
• Manage concrete trial mixes with vendor and client.
• Manage Testing of primary materials (Rebar, CMU) for source approval
• Execution.
• Manage and perform Material Inspection upon receiving at the site (MIR’s)
• Conduct random inspection on site activities and raise NCR alerts in case of defects/noncompliance.
• Identifying, eliminating, managing risks related to poor quality via NC alerts through daily site surveillance
• Issue of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR’s) and the necessary follow-up of Corrections and Corrective actions.
• Perform 2nd Party audits on suppliers/Manufacturers.
• Managing testing agencies and 3rd parties within the project area
• Close out
• Participate in assuring that all live quality documents (IR’s, MIR’s, NCR’s, and test reports) are complete, scanned, and filed in a manner matching the requirements of the contract or as agreed with the client
• Participate in assuring that all external/internal NCR’s are closed
• Managing the issuance and closure of punch lists till acquiring the Taking over certificates (partial and final)
• Participate in the preparation of the project Quality close-out report.

Specifications :

• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience.
